Emotional Clearing Group Classes

 

As I am now a Certified Emotional Clearing Facilitator through the Center for Integrative Processing I am offering an introduction class in this cutting edge approach that integrates eastern and western principles to help you begin clearing negativity within you. In this class I will explain the process and guide you through the steps of Emotional Clearing. The class will meet three times for about 2 hours. Three meetings will give you a good sense of how the process works so you will receive benefit and begin learning how to process on your own. Total cost for the class (all three meetings) is $75.

Intuitive Development Classes

 

After several years of practicing, teaching, and receiving validation of Mind/Body Medicine techniques, I am ready to share with you a strong passion of mine - Intuition. You are very likely already listening to your Intuition, but may discount it or question when and how to connect with it. Come and learn how to tap in to, listen to, and gain confidence with this natural sense we all have, that can help you in all aspects of your life.

 

Level I

Class will address:

  1. What is your purpose for wanting to learn Intuition?
  2. What is Intuition?
  3. Meditation - need to be still to be receptive, calm self, calm mind
  4. Why Intuition is important
  5. How to focus Intuitive abilities
  6. Human Energetic Anatomy and Boundaries: how to sense and feel
  7. Neutral Detachment: being an observer not an absorber

$75, Two Class Meetings 2-3 hours each

 

Level II

 

Class will address:

  1. Deeper Meditations for connecting with self
  2. Understanding how to interpret symbols - the language of Intuition
  3. Creating your own Innie Cards
  4. How to ask questions and interpret what you are receiving
  5. Increasing comfort and trust with what you are receiving

$150, Four Class Meetings 2-3 hours each

Classes may help you to:

 

Classes will include formal passing of knowledge, meditations, experiential exercises, and journaling.

 

Please bring a notebook to journal your experiences.

 

Classes will be held at my Home Office in the Hamline-Midway Neighborhood. Contact me via phone or e-mail to register, or to let me know that you would like to take the next class. I find it is best to hear from those who would like to begin learning Intuitive Development, then scheduling a class that accommodates those people's schedules. I generally like to have a minimum of four people per class.

 

Attendance Policy
 
Attendance is mandatory for ALL classes to receive certification.
There are no refunds after attending the first class.
 
If you miss a class, you can make up one class at $35 per hour. If you miss more than one class you will need to re-take the entire Level.

 

Tutoring

 

I am available for individual tutoring. If you are interested in learning Intuition or basic skills or techniques of any of the Mind-Body services I offer, please contact me and we will discuss your goals, intentions, and how best to achieve them.
